Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in its packaging with the original packing slip within 15 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus the card transaction fee of 4% and shipping charges. Original card transaction fee, shipping, and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days to process the refund. Items received more than 15 days after the purchase date cannot be returned or exchanged. Only items purchased on Shunlyskincare.com can be returned to Shunlyskincare.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional’s office, the third-party website, retail store, or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase. We do not provide return shipping labels and in order to return or exchange an item(s), please e-mail us at betterskin@shunlyskincare.com.
