DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES)
We offer our domestic customers free shipping on purchases of $49 or more.
Delivery day is based on the distance to destination and will vary between 1 to 3 weeks. Shunlyskincare.com processes orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received except national holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT-Mountain Time (US & Canada) from Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
CANADA: Orders under $800 may apply a flat rate shipping charge of $58. All orders over $800 receive free shipping via International – USPS Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL: We ship internationally to a wide variety of countries via UPS and USPS mail. Orders under USD $1200 may apply a flat rate shipping charge of USD $58. All orders over $1200.00 receive free shipping via International – USPS Priority Mail.
For international delivery time, frames may vary depending on the accuracy of your mailing address. It is imperative we receive an accurate shipping address to ensure timely delivery of the order. Incorrect mailing addresses may delay the delivery of your order.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Shunly skin Care has no control over the imposition of these duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping Confirmation: After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience.
